Most puppies are ready to be shipped or picked up after they turn 8 weeks old, although we know you can't wait to have your new baby at home, sometimes it is better to wait in order to ensure a safe trip for him/her. The shipping date is subject to puppy's health, weather conditions and flight availability, we will ship our puppies only when the weather permits and always using the best service available, please understand that the puppy’s safety is our main concern.
- Flying your puppy home: this is our first choice because the puppies can be at their new homes in a matter of hours. The shipping cost is usually $300, which includes a current USDA Health Certificate, Acclimation Certificate, airline approved travel crate and air fare. Puppies leave from Kansas City International Airport to major airports; we usually ship them by Continental Airlines (PetSafe Program) or American Airlines (Priority Parcel Service). We make all the arrangements with the airline.
- Picking up your puppy: You are welcome to come! You can drive to pick up your puppy upon appointment only. If you wish, we can meet you by car (no more than a 3 hours drive for us in one direction), there is a $200 fee for this drive.
- Ground Transport: this is also an option when the weather doesn’t allow us to ship a puppy by air, it is very comfortable for puppies and safe at any time of the year; drivers are highly trained and well experienced in handling dogs, they feed the puppies, clean them up, walk them and keep them warm throughout their way home. Fee for ground transport is $300.
- First Class Service: Your puppy can fly accompanied by a private puppy nanny or even one of us can personally do it, to provide you with the best and safest service possible, we’ll always try to get the lowest air fare, ask for details.
